Job Description
Nestack Agent Care is our 24/7 AI Agent Support Team: we monitor, triage and support fleets of AI agents running real business workflows for our clients. When an agent misbehaves - a bad tool call, a hallucinated answer, an injection attempt - this team catches it, contains it and gets the fleet healthy again.
The Commerce domain team supports agent fleets in retail, advertising, media, travel and F&B, plus marketing, PR and sales functions. Consumer traffic means consumer scale - LLM cost thinking (caching, sampling, batching) is part of the job.
Requirements
- CS / Data Science with product-analytics exposure.
- The core intern bar: built with LLM APIs, Linux basics, curiosity under pressure.
- Consumer-product instinct: you built a storefront, a recommender demo, or a moderation classifier.
Nice to Have
- E-commerce or ad-tech internship.
- Analytics on real traffic.
