Job Description
Nestack Agent Care is our 24/7 AI Agent Support Team: we monitor, triage and support fleets of AI agents running real business workflows for our clients. When an agent misbehaves - a bad tool call, a hallucinated answer, an injection attempt - this team catches it, contains it and gets the fleet healthy again.
Core Ops Interns are the L1 bench: one month of shift shadowing with the monitoring desk, then a rotation into one of the domain teams. For final and pre-final year students who already build with LLM APIs - projects beat pedigree.
Requirements
- B.Tech in CS, IT, AI/ML or Data Science (final or pre-final year).
- Evidence of building with LLM APIs - a hackathon agent, a RAG project on GitHub.
- Linux basics.
- Curiosity under pressure.
Nice to Have
- LangChain / LlamaIndex tinkering.
- A CTF or hackathon record.
