Nestack Agent Care is our 24/7 AI Agent Support Team: we monitor, triage and support fleets of AI agents running real business workflows for our clients. When an agent misbehaves - a bad tool call, a hallucinated answer, an injection attempt - this team catches it, contains it and gets the fleet healthy again.
The Healthcare domain team supports agent fleets in healthcare, biotech, education, sports & fitness, plus HR and customer-support functions. Patient data never gets a second chance - knowing what to redact before an LLM ever sees a record is the job.
Requirements
- Biomedical Engineering, Bioinformatics or Health Informatics background.
- The core intern bar: built with LLM APIs, Linux basics, curiosity under pressure.
- Data-sensitivity instinct: given a patient record, you know what to strip before it reaches a model.
