Job Description
Nestack Agent Care is our 24/7 AI Agent Support Team: we monitor, triage and support fleets of AI agents running real business workflows for our clients. When an agent misbehaves - a bad tool call, a hallucinated answer, an injection attempt - this team catches it, contains it and gets the fleet healthy again.
The Industrial/OT domain team supports agent fleets in manufacturing, mining, energy, construction, automotive and agriculture, plus operations and supply chain. Here an agent's mistake can touch a physical machine - the first question is always "what happens to the machine if this command is wrong?"
Requirements
- Electrical, EIE, Instrumentation & Control or Mechatronics background.
- The core intern bar: built with LLM APIs, Linux basics, curiosity under pressure.
- You have touched hardware: PLC lab work, a robotics team, or an IIoT/Arduino project controlling something physical.
Nice to Have
- Robotics competitions (e-Yantra, Robocon).
- An automation internship.
