Job Description
Nestack Agent Care is our 24/7 AI Agent Support Team: we monitor, triage and support fleets of AI agents running real business workflows for our clients. When an agent misbehaves - a bad tool call, a hallucinated answer, an injection attempt - this team catches it, contains it and gets the fleet healthy again.
The Tech Platforms domain team supports agent fleets in telecom, electronics and transportation, plus IT, engineering, QA and product functions. This track sees the most prompt-injection incidents of any team - home labs and CTF play are the best signal we know.
Requirements
- CS / ECE background - networking or DevOps club experience counts.
- The core intern bar: built with LLM APIs, Linux basics, curiosity under pressure.
- Infrastructure lean: home-lab or Kubernetes tinkering, DevOps club, or CTF play.
